The educational offering at any school that we partner with is informed by our definition of what it means for individuals to thrive, a definition that doesn’t change, even when the world around us does. Individuals that thrive in life are:
1. Relationship buildersDeeply connected relationships are the biggest contributor to our satisfaction in life. The research clearly shows that strong relationships are the biggest indicators of a happy, healthy, and successful life. Our partner campuses offer opportunities for relationships to flourish – between learners, teachers, parents and the communities we operate in. Learning occurs as a predominantly social endeavor and is greatly enhanced in our relationship driven communities. At any school in Thrive.ed's network we look to develop relationship builders and connection makers.

2. Purpose-driven contributorsEngaged in purposeful contribution in a 21st century society. We find fulfillment when we contribute in a meaningful way to those around us. This is true in both a work and personal context.
The learning environments in any of the school's in Thrive.ed's portfolio of investees assist in helping learners identify their individual sense of purpose and to acquire the associated skills and habits to make a valuable difference in the world (and in their learning community). |
3. Summit climbersReaching our maximum potential by developing our abilities and becoming good at what we do is deeply rewarding. For each learner this is maximized when development occurs at a personal pace and in accordance with personal interests. As such we partner with schools that individualise learning and maintain high expectations that each learner will reach their full potential.

4. Habit championsHealthy habit formation is our strongest foundation for creating resilient individuals that will thrive even when confronted by the challenges of the modern world.
Our learning communities help establish healthy eating habits, an enjoyment of physical exercise, mindful living and self-regulation. |
